OES LCAM is recruiting trainee and assistant inspectors to join our asset integrity, Technical Field Support and SPS delivery teams. This is an entry-level pathway into the rig services and inspection industry, with structured on-the-job training, mentoring from senior inspectors and a clear route to NDT and rope-access qualification. 职责
- Assist senior inspectors during lifting, NDT and dropped-object inspection campaigns
- Support data capture, photo logging and report drafting
- Learn safe systems of work for offshore and rig-site inspection
- Build certification and qualifications under a structured development plan
- Travel to client sites worldwide as part of the inspection team
岗位要求
- Interest in launching a career in oil and gas inspection
- Willingness to obtain IRATA, NDT and offshore certifications
- Good verbal and written English
- Strong team orientation and willingness to learn
- Physically fit and able to pass an offshore medical
- Open to extended travel and remote work locations
